It Takes a Village of Birthday Love

My Lacy girl turned 30 this week

So incredibly hard to believe!

Sad, feeling a bit behind her friends at this age, not wanting a celebration party...just feeling sorta blue.

What's a mama to do??

She's always said her most favorite party when she was little was a Scavenger Hunt

And since she loves antiquing and finding treasures!

Dave and I arranged a big girl birthday hunt!

15 presents and activities were hidden around our home and village

Numbered envelopes with special little riddles and rhymes that Dave composed, led her to her surprises!

 Finding out what's in all those little envelopes

Ready Set Go!

Silver can be stored in me

And taken where it needs to be.

Where people go to heal their spines,

Just by a rock with ribbon signs.

Among the blossoms and the dill,
