...have an orange scarf that I lovee but is BL too..wasn't that brave.
Ya know, those things you wear or foods you cook that seem to make you have a bad day?
For my friend, it's when she cooks shrimp. My one daughter, a certain pair of underpants. :)
The other one's first boyfriend wouldn't treat her very nice if she set her hair.
...used to try to get her to set her hair a lot so he'd be real mean and she'd dump him!
What's that, that Oprah says?
Love does not hurt.
My first marriage it was potato salad. His favorite. But every time I made it, he wouldn't come home.
Um. Didn't take me that long..
..to not come home. Love does not hurt.
So is it that these things are reeeally bad luck or did we just have a bad day?
Or were we in a place or around someone with creepy energy?
And then coincidentally had a second not so great day the next time worn or made?
Then forget it, after that, they were completely imbued with BAD LUCK
From our thoughts.
What you think, you bring to yourself. Thoughts create things. The law of The Universe.
Takin my power back.
Lit some incense, put the earrings and shirt on, and said a little positive intentions prayer to remove the low vibration negative and replace with High good.
Was thinking I wished I would have left them out in the moonlight or did a little round the fire something..for extra good measure.
Took a chance. Fingers crossed. Still scared.
Sick, I know.
Was on high alert,
but had quite a lovely no bad luck day!!
...one kinda shtanky thing, (shtank=Milliism) From the first boyfriend! :)
I kissed someone hello,
missed his cheek,
and kissed
his neck.
That so shtunk.

Thursday went to the MALL
Soooo didn't want to go at all this year but it was a strange gloomy day and Dave had to pick up his computer. Just went for something different to occupy my thoughts.
Always SOMEthing different happens to me
Sitting on a bench waiting for Dave another stranger hands me something to read!
More heartache and life turmoil. :(
The day before was a very sad day.
Joe Simon, my best friend's beloved father, creator of Captain America, 98, LOVED by all,
left this adventure and went on to his next.
Pooch and house sat after the mall, while the family went to NY for the funeral.
my bed
Merlin xox went from one bed to the next
He's sad too

I laughed out loud when i read the part about the bad luck clothes. I thought i was the only one...i will literally put certain scrub uniforms to the BACK of my closet until i feel strong enough to wear them LOL..Its SO TRUE THOUGH i do have a handful of "back luck" clothing...i wont wear it out of the house.....great pics by the way i always love reading your blog :-)
ReplyDeleteI'm still laughing, thinking of you kissing the man's neck!! LOVE the new home--so jealous, and so happy for those kids!
ReplyDeletei'd be havin' a BONFIRE and burning 'bad luck clothes' .. watching the grey smokey tendrils dissipate into the Universe (which will take care of all evil i do believe!) ... i can't remember having any 'bad luck' clothes though
ReplyDelete.. well .. except for a dress i wore once and a spider crawled down the neck of it .. (this was at WORK ..
i was having a lovely picnic lunch with a friend in the Courtyard at the Department of Justice in D.C. .. as we headed back to our office . .my friend noticed SIR SPIDER wending his way down my decclotage (o.k. .. i know i spelled that one wrong ... BUSSOMS .. that one's probably mis-spelled too!)
.. SHE SCREAMED .. and started swatting me .. told me in a very loud voice what was heading to my netherlands .. I SCREAMED .. we ducked into a nearby office (thank GAWD it was empty .. and she commenced to ripping my dress off as i twirled about like a whirling dervish .. both shreiking at the top of our lungs .. WHICH .. OF COURSE .. caught the attention of a V.I.P. at the Department of Justice who opened the door to see what was happening .. and of course, saw me being RAVISHED of my clothes by a girlfriend .. and simply CLOSED THE DOOR and went about his business!
Never could look him in the eye again .. EVER!
The Spider was never 'discovered' .. and i THREW the dress away as soon as i got home that evening! yep! that was a BAD LUCK DRESS DAY!
congrats to the 'kidz' .. i adore their home!!! xo, frannie
ReplyDeleteOh Cindy! That house....LOVE! Look at the center of the stair treads in the first picture...the years of up and down and up and down again...the house is beautiful! Love the kitchen...
