With the Holidays here and all the stresses of life we must find ways to balance and keep Life Energy up.
Always had high vibrational happyhappy energy. Sometimes perhaps too high? Borderline manic mayyybe
..but FUN!
Now is a good time to center and reclaim.
Here are some favorites used over the years that reeeally work!
Rub palms together 7 times fast in sets of seven. Feel the tingling and lift
With your mind imagine connecting the two side of your brain with the infinity sign..a continual horizontal figure eight back and forth. This gives me butterflies in my tummy when I do it :)
Chanting. New love. Always thought I would really hate. EVERYtime that happens I end up in a lesson of lovingggg what I've resisted.
EFT..Emotional Freedom Technique
Meditation..tryingggg hard to do this each day..or even just a few times a week.
Nature walks ..three special places I go to
Walking prayer of gratitude. My cemetery walks.
Gratitude Journal. Remember Simple Abundance with Sarah Ban Breathnach? For a year, at bedtime, In my gratitude journal, I wrote 5 things I was grateful for that day.Transforming.
Young Living essential oils. Valor, Joy, and Peace and Calming are my favorites. LOVE Sacred Frankincense!
Yoga...loving Kundalini yoga
Water. Stay hydrated.
Tea. Brew in a pot. Makes a difference. Calming and uplifting.
Friends who nourish your soul.
Reading. Upliftinghappyendingspiritualgrowth books.
Music. Whatever sends you
Conscious Breathing. Breathe in Light. Breathe out whatever is not in alignment and blocking the flow of Life
Vitamins and good nutrition. Tend to just zoooom this time of year and forget this!

Yesterday Lacy and JP came by and we all went into town to experience Christmastime in Skaneateles
Our local Museum, The Creamery, had a 50th anniversary open house
